From 1999 to 2009, Mr Neumann worked at Allianz Versicherungs AG in the Transport/Claims department in Frankfurt and Hamburg, several years as head of the recourse department

In 2015 he took over the company from his predecessor, Mr. Bernhard Bücker, and has since been responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operational business processes. Additionally, he is actively involved in case handling.

Ms. Hammann worked for several years in the legal department of the shipping company Maersk in Hamburg. From 2008 to 2019, she was employed at ZASS International GmbH, serving as an authorized signatory and head of department since 2011.

She handled national and international Recoveries in the maritime, land, and air sectors for national and international cargo insurers and direct customers.

After his seafaring time, including obtaining a Master Mariner license AG and several years as a nautical officer on full container ships, he worked as a lawyer for three years in the purchase and sale of ships.

From 2012 to 2021, Mr. Kamp worked at Hanseatic P&I (Zeller Associates). His work included handling worldwide claims (cargo/collision) within P&I insurance as well as cases related to ship crew members (accident, illness, death).

During her 22-year professional career, Ms. Reimers acquired profound knowledge of transport practices across all modes of transport. She has worked in the fields of operations, export, and handling in seaports for well-known freight forwarders and shipping companies such as ACL, Expeditors, Yusen Air & Sea Services, APL, and Hyundai Merchant Marine in Hamburg.

Over his 30-year career in the transport sector (freight forwarder, recovery office, insurer, underwriter), Mr. Lipka has acquired extensive and profound expertise in claims handling and recovery management.
